Tak de apa project pun hari ni, just nak pi outing dengan family je.

So abis je berZUMBA kat umah ni, aku duk layan twitter sambil tengok Jalan-jalan cari makan.

Sekali kuar status ni

Hah ko, dah 5 orang di Semporna dan 2 orang di Lahad Datu.

Ya Allah, takutnya aku. Kalau merebak satu Sabah cam ne? kalau merebak hingga ke Semenanjung Malaysia ni cam ne plak? 

Terus semua ni bermain dalam kepala otak aku ni kan. Nampaknya lepas ni kita-kita pun kena standby gak kan. 

Masih lagi duk mengadap twitter nak tau perkembangan kat sana, nanti aku update lagi ek

Penang, 3rd February 2013 — About 40 bloggers and public visited the Penang Shan Children’s Home Association to distribute food, beverages and gadgets, sponsored by various commercial entities. It’s a philanthropic exercise not only by businesses in executing their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) but by everyone to give back to the society, thus making life more bearable for everyone in need. The event is made possible by Crowdpot Sdn Bhd (Event Organizer), Ninetology Malaysia, SUBWAY® (Suntech, iAvenue, & Leith Street branches), Chatime Malaysia, Langkawi Saga Travel & Tours Sdn. Bhd. and Alextan Artworks.

Penang Shan Children’s Home (PSCH) began as a dream and initiative of Dr. S Balakrishnan in the year 2005. This is a non-religious and a non-profit, non-governmental organization catering to the needs of orphans, neglected children, dysfunctional families and single parents. The home was built and officially launched on 14th December 2008 by Madam Chan Siew Har. PSCH’s mission is to maximize the attractive opportunities that are stored in the children; to make something happen; to change the ways that things are and to create something that no one else has ever created before for the children, to explore for opportunities; to provide guidance and course correction; maintaining focus on being consistent and persistent. The objectives are both short and on a long term basis. 

The short term objective is to provide all the children with a safe and supportive environment. The focus will be on the development of physical, mental, emotional, educational, social and recreational skills that will create awareness to structure and mould the child’s future. The longer term development includes the options that are available for the child’s future, supporting them to complete the tertiary education preferably to University level. For those who are unable to complete the basic education, they would be trained in developing their skills by educating them in skill training centers. Through home visits and working with parents, they would like to ensure that eventually the child is reunited with his/her family thus becoming the backbone of the family.

How to help Penang Shan Children’s Home Association?

1.       Adopt-A-Child Program

The average monthly expenditure per child amounts to RM400. This includes lodging, education, meals, transportation and pocket money. Interested members of the public can contact the home.

2.       Donation

The home solely depends on donation to meet the relatively high running cost. They would be very grateful members of the public or private companies can step forward to contribute a one-off or monthly fixed donation. Interested entity can contact the home.

The Children’s Protection Society (CPS) began as an initiative of Dato’ Nazir Ariff when he was President of the Rotary Club in Penang (1991). It is a non-profit, non-governmental organization catering to the needs of neglected and/or abandoned children in Penang. It was officially launched in April 1992 by Puan Sri Chua Kah Peng. The objectives of CPS are both immediate and longer-term. The immediate objective is to provide children at risk with a safe, supportive and conducive environment (Shelter). 

Their concerned and focused areas include the emotional and physical development, education, social and recreational skills. At the same time, CPS aims to work with parents and other family members, so that the child can eventually be reunited with his/her family. In the pipeline, they hope to support projects to enhance community-based facilities for childcare and development in areas where such facilities are lacking. They also try to promote a more general awareness of the issues relating to children at risk by being involved in training and discussions. Hence they work together with various government and non-government organizations to help to develop longer-term strategies and goals.

Learning and Tuition is always needed - many of our children have missed a substantial amount of school due to their backgrounds, and often find it difficult to catch up with school work. If you are prepared for the extra challenges which many of our children face, and are prepared to commit a regular time a week (can be anything from an hour up).

HARLEM SHAKE Plak!

Hi Korang,

2-3 hari ni aku perasan ramai plak duk sibuk citer pasal HARLEM SHAKE ni.

Apo plak binatang tu ek ?

Cari punya cari rupanya tarian. Kira macam ‘Gangnam Style’ la ni.Ok meh layan sejarah tarian ni.

Apa itu HARLEM SHAKE ?

Jika dikaji sejarah terciptanya tarian Harlem Shake, tarian ni merupakan satu tarian yang cukup popular pada tahun 80-an di sebuah kawasan bernama Harlem di New York dan sering digunakan dalam video muzik.

Tarian ni sudah bermula sejak 1981 tetapi popular semula pada tahun 2013. 

Tarian ini nampak lebih mudah dan tidak seperti Gangnam Style yang sedikit rumit untuk dilakukan. Korang hanya perlu perlu menggoyangkan bahu, pinggang dan tangan je dengan pantas untuk melakukan Harlem Shake. Tarian ini dimulakan oleh seorang penari dan kemudian diikuti oleh penari-penari lain yang menari dengan gaya yang sama.

Pada tahun 2011, pemuzik elektronik, Baauer telah menggunakan nama Harlem Shake bagai tajuk lagu muzik ciptaannya dan dua tahun selepas itu iaitu pada tahun 2013, lagu tersebut telah diguna pakai untuk tema video popular tarian Harlem Shake.

Video viral tarian Harlem Shake pertama telah dimuat naik pada 30 Januari 2013 yang menunjukkan sekumpulan lelaki memakai topeng dan baju latex menari tarian Harlem Shake. Selepas dari itu, pelbagai video tarian Harlem Shake dapat ditonton menerusi laman YouTube.

Sini aku ade letakkan video tarian HARLEM SHAKE ni. Aku cilok dari Nuffnang punya youtube.

Lebih kelakar lagi, aku kenal plak para penjogetnya.. gelak-gelak aku tengok, siap replay balik 2-3 kali.

Cerita Weekend Saya

Hi Korang,

Biasalah kalau weekend tak de event nak attend, pepagi hari tu memang ktorg bergotong-royong mengerjakan rumah burung merpati ni kan.

Di antaranya

basuh kasut, rasa cam budak sekolah plak kan

basuh baju, kang tak de baju nak pakai plak

goreng bantal, supaya tidur tak salah bantal lagi

kemas baju yang tak muat, ini baru Mr Big punya belum aku punya lagi

dapat seplastik beso sampah, gila banyak tuh

Letih dibuatnya...

Hah ko memacam menda yang dibuatnya. Itu baru setengah hari. Kalau satu hari rasanya berkilat dalam rumah tu kan.

Apa-apa pun dah penat-penat buat kerja, ktorg pun merewardkan diri ktorg dengan berlengar depan TV berdua sambil menguyah junk food yang banyak tu kan.

Barulah syiok sket nak update blog kan, rumah dah kemas cantik.

Ok ok mood sudahh mariii....

Dah Hilang

Hi Korang,

Dekat 2 minggu aku mencari kucing yang selalu aku bagi makan kat parking ni.

Memula ingat dia dah beranak kot

So meratalah ktorg tawaf sai’e kat block ni mencari kucing tuh. Asal balik keje je, pi ronda pusing block. Kot-kot dia sembunyi anak-anaknya dari kena amik kan.

Maklumla kucing tu comel, lepas tu bijak plak.

Dari jauh dia dengar bunyi enjin kereta aku dah terus berlari kat parking tunggu nak bagi makan kan. Kekadang tu agaknya kalau aku bagi makan banyak, dia walk down dengan ke lift, kira cam escort plak kan.

Ishkk sedih plak, dahla makanan dia sepaket beso aku beli.

Tup-tup aku terperasan kertas kat beam tiang tadi (baca entry ni)

Ntah-ntah cleaner tu dah buang kucing aku tak?

Ermm

Jeng..jeng..jeng..

Tak per balik karang aku pi serang JMB!

Dan pesanan untuk makcik cleaner jahat tuh…

Aku akan serakkan sampah kat dalam bilik sampah tuh tau….

Road Trip Again!

Hi Korang,

4 hari cuti tuh

Haruslah keluar dari KL ni. Rehatkan minda katanya.

Kali ni road trip ke selatan plak. My Waja tinggal jaga rumah. Lagipun kena kasi dia rehat gak. Hari-hari berjalan kan.

                                                         

Tak sure lagi mana arah tuju but yang pasti kena pi umah orang kawin dulu then baru leh plan ahead. Kalau penat drive berhenti cari hotel tido.
