Mövenpick Hotel & Convention Centre KLIA turns up the heat at Temasya Restaurant with a BBQ Buffet that’s all about flame-kissed flavours. Diners can look forward to succulent cuts of meat, ocean-fresh seafood and vibrant market sides, every month. With its halal-certified kitchen and family-friendly touches, it’s the perfect spot for travellers and locals to enjoy a delicious night out.

The buffet showcases a variety of food stations. Diners can savour the favourite national dish, Nasi Lemak, accompanied by Chicken Rendang at the Malay Station. The Indian Vegetarian corner presents comforting staples such as aromatic Biryani Rice, Okra Masala and Yellow Dhal Curry. For those craving Chinese delights, the line-up features Deep-Fried Seabass with Thai Chili Sauce, Wok-Fried Vegetables with Oyster Sauce and Chinese-style Noodles with Egg and Vegetables.

Western favourites add a hearty touch with Seafood Lasagna, Cheesy Potato Gratin, Roasted Tomato with Picked Rosemary and classic Corn on the Cob. Diners can also explore the Carving Light Station with unique creations like Spicy Bilis Pizza, Mushroom and Tomato Pizza and Vegetable Dumplings.

The highlight of the evening is the BBQ station featuring premium cuts and fresh seafood, perfectly grilled. Enjoy succulent Beef Fillet And Lamb Chops, Tiger Prawns and Chili Baby Squid. Adding a local touch, guests can also indulge in Portuguese-inspired seafood with a spicy dry shrimp sambal. If you’re craving Middle Eastern cuisine, delight in chicken shawarma, pita, flatbreads and flavorful accompaniments.

No buffet is complete without a sweet finale and the dessert selection promises to satisfy every craving. The BBQ Dinner Buffet is priced at RM158+ per adult and RM78+ per child, while senior citizens enjoy a special 30% discount.
