DoubleTree by Hilton Presents - Signatures Across the State: A Makan Kitchen Showcase

DoubleTree by Hilton properties across Malaysia invites guests to be part of a unique culinary odyssey as they launch the inaugural seven chefs exchange program through a nationwide campaign, Signatures Across the State: A Makan Kitchen Showcase. This cross-over promotion brings together chefs to create diverse dishes blending their talents and flavors, resulting in innovative culinary creations.

From June 1st to 30th, each DoubleTree by Hilton property across Malaysia will host a chef from another Makan Kitchen outlet. With fortes ranging from Javanese Heritage to Nyonya Peranakan Cuisine, the chefs are set to showcase the rich diversity of flavour profile that resonates with the Makan Kitchen brand.

At Makan Kitchen, guests embark on a gastronomic journey through Malaysia's diverse culinary landscape, where traditional flavors and contemporary twists harmoniously converge. From the bustling streets of Kuala Lumpur and Penang to the tranquil villages of Perak, each dish tells a story of Malaysia's cultural heritage and culinary traditions. The restaurant's open-kitchen concept invites guests to witness the culinary magic unfold before their eyes as talented chefs expertly prepare an array of dishes. Makan Kitchen prides itself not only on its delectable cuisine but also on its warm and welcoming ambiance, making it the ideal dining destination for families and corporate entertainment alike.
