From November 14 to December 28, 2025, TRACE presents a festive spread that celebrates the season with signature grill creations. Highlights include the Classic Mediterranean Garlic Rosemary Lamb Shoulder, Lemon Herb Chicken, and Honey-Soy Ginger Marinated Fish, each prepared with care to bring vibrant flavors to the table.

Both festive lunch and dinner buffets feature a delightful dessert selection, including festive logs and rolls, chocolate cake, panna cotta, and many more charming creations designed to sweeten the celebration. The Festive Dinner Buffet adds a special touch with a live churros station, serving freshly made treats that bring warmth and indulgence to the evening.

TRACE elevates the holiday season with Christmas & New Year Buffets, designed as signature feasts beyond the festive weekends. Each buffet features the Brown Sugar & Dijon Glazed Roasted Whole Turkey, a timeless centerpiece reimagined with sweet and savory notes.

The Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet is crowned with a succulent Roasted Whole Wagyu Beef, celebrated for its rich marbling and luxurious flavor — the pinnacle of indulgence.
