Giant Bukit Tinggi Klang Relaunches with a Fresh New Look and Exciting Customer Experiences

Giant Bukit Tinggi Klang proudly marks the official relaunch of its refreshed store, welcoming customers to an upgraded shopping environment designed for greater comfort, value and enjoyment. 

The reopening ceremony showcased the rich cultural diversity of the community with a Kompang Performance, the Recitation of Doa, an Indian Dance Performance and the welcome speech by Mr Cheah Yong Hock, Chief Executive Officer of GCH Retail Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The event continued with the Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and a vibrant Lion Dance Performance to celebrate the new beginning.

The redesigned Giant Bukit Tinggi Klang now offers several enhanced features including an upgraded fresh fruits and vegetables area, a dedicated badminton court, a spacious playland for children and a Flat Price Zone that provides convenience and affordability for everyday shopping. The store also introduces the new Euro Deli section, a tenant offering a curated range of beer, wine and spirits, giving customers added variety and a more premium beverage selection for gatherings and personal enjoyment.

To commemorate the relaunch, a series of exciting in-store activities will run until 23 November 2025. These include sampling booths, a special redemption of one Uncle Jack Chicken Rice Set with a minimum spend of RM100 for the first one hundred customers daily and a free pack of Nasi Lemak Basmathi with any purchase for the first one hundred customers each day. Shoppers can also participate in the Guess the Cart Challenge by spending RM81 in a single receipt and submitting their guesses for a chance to win attractive prizes.

Adding to the celebration, mall activities will be held until 23 November 2025 with highlights such as the Confetti Storm and Giant Reward Rain on 22 November 2025 at 1.30pm. Visitors can also enjoy Balloon Clown appearances, the Juggler Street Show, the Kids Craft Corner, the Mini Family Games Zone and the Mini Petting Zone.

In-store promotions will continue until 3 December 2025, offering more value and rewards for shoppers during the relaunch period.

Both festive lunch and dinner buffets feature a delightful dessert selection, including festive logs and rolls, chocolate cake, panna cotta, and many more charming creations designed to sweeten the celebration. The Festive Dinner Buffet adds a special touch with a live churros station, serving freshly made treats that bring warmth and indulgence to the evening.
