As the fasting season approaches, evenings become a time to slow down, reconnect, and share meaningful moments over a comforting meal. In celebration of this special season, Element Kuala Lumpur presents Tradisi Kita Dinner Buffet at TRACE Restaurant, a dining experience inspired by Malaysia’s diverse culinary heritage and the enduring charm of time-honored traditions.

Situated on Level 40, TRACE Restaurant offers an elevated dining experience with sweeping views of Kuala Lumpur’s skyline, providing a memorable backdrop for gatherings with family, friends, and colleagues.

Curated by the hotel’s culinary team, Tradisi Kita is thoughtfully designed to reintroduce the younger generation to the beauty and nostalgia of traditional Malaysian food, bringing together signature dishes from different cultures that have long been enjoyed across generations. The buffet reflects familiar flavors that evoke memories of home, shared tables, and recipes passed down through time.

Highlights from the spread include slow-cooked Gulai Daging Rias Pisang simmered for five hours, Udang Goreng Mentega Telur Masin, Tauhu Sumbat Bakar, and Ubi Kayu Kukus with Sambal Ikan Bilis. Guests can also enjoy Hainanese Chicken Rice prepared using a cherished family recipe passed down through generations, alongside the popular Indian street snack Pani Puri.

Comforting soup selections follow with Sup Tiga Sekawan, featuring Sup Tulang, Sup Merah Lamb Shank, and Sup Ayam Mamak, each slow-cooked to deliver warmth and depth of flavor.

The main course highlights include Herb-Crusted Black Angus Beef Striploin with Rosemary Jus, Baked Portuguese-Style Whole Salmon with Sambal Pedas Manis Sauce, and Roasted Lamb Mandi Rice.

To conclude, freshly made Onde-Onde and a selection of well-loved Malaysian desserts provide a satisfying sweet finish, complemented by a rotating selection of Air Balang featuring six local beverages available daily.

Available from February 22 to March 18, 2026, from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM, the Tradisi Kita Dinner Buffet is priced at RM198 nett per adult, with an early bird rate of RM148 nett per adult for bookings made on or before February 22, 2026. Marriott Bonvoy and Club Marriott members, as well as selected bank credit card holders, are entitled to a 20% discount on the dinner buffet.
